Job Overview:

The Commonwealth Water Partnerships Team supports the Australian Government's water reform agenda by coordinating partnerships with Commonwealth water agencies. This role involves administrative tasks, customer engagement, and developing initiatives to enhance the Bureau's value.

A Customer Lead is a strategic leader who coordinates customer services, provides excellent customer service, and develops strategies to increase the Bureau's impact. They must understand customer needs, pain points, and objectives, and deploy the Bureau's weather, water, and climate capabilities effectively.

This position requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, agility, and teamwork. The Customer Lead will contribute to the administration of the Water Regulations 2008 and support partner agencies as required.

About the Role:

This national team leverages digital platforms for collaboration and builds trusted relationships in every Australian state and territory. The position can be performed in any Bureau capital city office with some interstate travel required.
