About the Role:

BMD Constructions is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in NSW and ACT. As a key member of our pre-contract team, you will be responsible for pricing a range of diverse civil infrastructure and urban development projects.

With access to best-in-industry systems and software tools, you will collaborate with our pre-contract teams to deliver exceptional winning civil infrastructure and urban development bids across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

This role will be based in our Wentworth Point, Sydney Office, estimating projects in water upgrades, road infrastructure for Transport for New South Wales, defence contracts, and urban development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
  • A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
  • First principle estimating experience
  • Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
  • Exposure to Expert Estimation is desirable
  • Civil Engineering degree is desirable
