Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious Graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Program in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. This program offers a dynamic and rewarding career path in infrastructure, with hands-on experience working on diverse projects alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain hands-on experience across various projects, including building bridges, upgrading water treatment plants, and developing cutting-edge transport solutions.
  • Contribute to impactful work that shapes communities, while being supported by seasoned mentors and a dedicated network.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recent or 2024 Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a keen interest in learning from industry experts.
  • A White Card (General Construction Induction Card) and a valid C Class Australian driver's license.
What We Offer
