Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to be the key point of connection between our member organisations and Indigenous businesses that provide goods or services.

  • This role involves championing cultural values and integrity within the organisation, suppliers, and members.
  • You will develop initiatives to support and grow our Indigenous workforce.
  • Assist members in achieving their Supplier Diversity objectives through training, mentorship, knowledge, best practice, and provision of relevant tools and systems.

This position is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, ensuring the long-term success of our business.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Indigenous businesses and member organisations.
  • Provide guidance and support to help members achieve their Supplier Diversity objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives that promote Indigenous economic participation and self-determination.

Requirements
