Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Member Services Team as a Relationship Manager based in NSW.

This role will involve providing support and assistance to members, comprising corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations, to increase their business activity with Indigenous businesses.

  • As the primary point of connection between Supply Nation member organisations and Indigenous suppliers, you will be responsible for championing cultural values and integrity within the organisation, suppliers, and members.
  • You will need to respect and embed cultural practices and knowledge as part of your daily work.
  • An important aspect of this role is developing and implementing initiatives to support and grow the organisation's Indigenous workforce.
  • You will assist members in achieving their Supplier Diversity objectives through training, mentorship, knowledge, best practice, and provision of relevant tools and systems.
  • Your key responsibility will be building and maintaining close relationships with key member contacts.
  • You will represent Supply Nation in meetings and events with various stakeholders.
  • Establishing yourself as a supplier diversity expert with our members is also crucial.
  • Additionally, you will acquire, initiate, onboard, and retain members.
  • Providing matching services to introduce relevant Indigenous businesses to members is another significant task.
