As a Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enriching our diverse and competitive product inventory. Your focus will be on supply health and growth in key markets by generating and converting supply leads, acquiring and maintaining a high-quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive products, as well as building and maintaining strategic partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop deep knowledge of assigned locales and become the go-to source for all information relating to local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain partner relationships in assigned products and locales to meet and exceed assigned goals.
- Analyze and utilize data to provide recommendations and consultations to identify and take actions on strategic opportunities in assigned locales.
- Develop and sustain strong strategic partnerships by providing insights and high-quality consulting services to relevant partners.
- Represent us in assigned locales and establish key relationships with local authorities and influencers.
- Fully own assigned products and locales, and use comprehensive understanding to provide input to senior management and officers to develop solutions and improve process effectiveness and scalability.
- Spearhead projects in assigned locales, including but not limited to specific campaigns or partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
- 4+ years of experience in new sales, account management, customer success, and partner support.
- Proven understanding of market management/development in the assigned locale.
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and assigned locale language.
