The role is responsible for managing and developing key distribution partnerships across Australia and New Zealand to drive growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
This involves working closely with management and the partner development manager to upskill and enable distributors while acting as a conduit between AvePoint and the distributor.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through ANZ distribution partners by identifying and executing strategic growth plans.
- Act as a liaison between AvePoint and the distributor, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Upskill and train distribution employees on AvePoint's platform and Microsoft 365 alignment.
- Facilitate direct business movement through distribution and represent AvePoint's public channel brand at industry events.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Microsoft channel ecosystem.
- Experience in managing and developing distribution relationships.
- Exceptional listener with strong empathetic skills to understand partner needs and perspectives.
