Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Sanitarium Health Food Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, brand awareness, and growth in our International portfolio.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing initiatives to deliver on agreed brand strategy, liaising with local distributors and marketing agencies, investigating and recommending communication and media plans, and project management to deliver on time and profit targets.
Key Skills and Experience- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- 4-6 years' experience working across brand marketing.
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and adapt to new environments.
- Proven success in campaign execution and management, including evaluation of ROI.
- Experience with bringing new products to market, including cross-functional project team involvement.
- Understanding of key grocery retail dynamics.
- Experience with managing consumer research projects, both qualitative and quantitative.
