**Job Overview**

As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations. You will work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, handle general enquiries, and engage with guests to build long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist guests with arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information to guests
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, building strong relationships to drive repeat business
  • Support the front office team in operational tasks, such as managing room inventory and coordinating guest reservations
  • Take guest reservations and perform credit card responsibilities, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with property management systems, preferably OPERA
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Working rights in Australia, including NSW RSA
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career, with a self-motivated and driven attitude
