About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to drive future bookings.
  • Support your front office colleagues in operational tasks, contributing to a smooth hotel environment.
  • Take guest reservations and perform credit card responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop expertise on the hotel and surrounding area, exceeding guest expectations through your knowledge and enthusiasm.
