Guest Service Agent Job Description:

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. This role involves handling all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Kicking off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making check-in and check-out processes swift and seamless
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic math and computer skills. Previous Front Office experience is preferred.
