Community Accessability Inc is a values-based, not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of services to support individuals with disabilities and frail-aged people.

As the Disability Area Manager-Goulburn Loddon, you will lead a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centered services to customers. This includes driving standards, capability, and key performance measures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to strive for excellence. You will also build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, adhering to quality, safeguarding, and customer goals. You will set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and utilize data-driven insights to identify growth areas and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Goulburn Loddon disability service based in Shepparton, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered services to customers.
  • Drive standards, capability, and key performance measures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to strive for excellence, promoting a culture that respects individual rights, dignity, and capabilities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations, adhering to quality, safeguarding, and customer goals.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and utilize data-driven insights to identify growth areas and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or Social Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership within the NDIS-era disability sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS Practice Standards, and Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
  • Strong command of financial analysis, budget management, and reporting skills.
