Disability Service Leader

The Disability Service Leader will be responsible for driving standards, capability and key performance measures across our Goulburn Loddon service.
- Lead a team to strive and achieve great outcomes through inspiration, consultation and guidance.
- Evaluate the commitment and alignment of all team members to enhancing the lives of people we support.
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding and customer goals.
- Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector.
- Proven ability to build workforce capacity and manage operations effectively.
- Considerable hands-on experience transitioning new customers and establishing services.
- Strong judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Sound financial analysis and budget management skills.
- High capacity for multi-tasking.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services.
- Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
