Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is seeking an outstanding leader to join our Executive team as the Executive Director Finance and Corporate Services. This pivotal role provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, procurement, corporate services, sustainability, and digital transformation, directly contributing to the achievement of ERH's Strategic Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fulfil the role of Chief Finance Officer, ensuring compliance with Federal and State legislation, the Financial Management Act 1994, Ministerial Directions, Department of Health requirements, and relevant policy frameworks.
- Lead and embed Digital Transformation across the organisation to enable efficiency, innovation and improved service delivery.
- Oversee internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to safeguard financial integrity and accountability.
- Fulfil the role of Chief Procurement Officer, providing expert advice on the Procurement Governance Framework and ensuring compliance with HealthShare Victoria policies and ERH delegations.
Qualifications/experience required:
- Tertiary level accounting qualifications together with membership of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or CPA Australia. Post- graduate qualifications in management highly regarded.
