About the Role

The role leads our Goulburn Loddon disability service to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centered services to customers. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and supported by professional teams, the incumbent will drive standards and key performance measures.

  • Performance Management – setting clear expectations, monitoring KPIs, and using data-driven insights to identify areas for growth
  • Decisiveness – meeting challenges with proactivity, sound judgment, creativity, and a can-do attitude
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability or equivalent skills/experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
