About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Concierge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client visits and in-office experiences, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Organize meeting rooms, events, and logistics, showcasing your creative skills to wow our clients.
  • Manage office operations, including mail, parcels, and phone inquiries.
  • Support the Managing Partners and Leadership Team with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Coordinate team events, including venue hire, catering, and on-the-day logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our Sydney and overseas teams.
