As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing a warm and engaging welcome to all staff, clients, and contractors entering the site.
  2. Registering visitors and staff using the designated site access management system.
  3. Maintaining the corporate hospitality floors and ensuring meeting rooms are in excellent condition.
  4. Providing support for meeting room bookings.
  5. Managing flexible room set-ups, including moveable walls and manual handling.
  6. Delivering 5-star service for all catering and events in the front-of-house meeting rooms.
  7. Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
  8. Working closely with security teams to ensure the safety of the building.
  9. Assisting with administrative tasks as per the request from the tenant.
  10. Recognizing VIPs, guests, and building staff and using their names wherever possible.
  11. Providing a service level beyond the tenant's expectations.
  12. Looking for ways to improve the tenant's experience of working within the building.
  13. Delivering WOW moments that our visitors and clients will not forget.
  14. Conducting Work Ready Audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  15. Assisting with facility coordination tasks, including liaising with maintenance teams and managing minor repairs or issues.

This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling.

You will have:

  • Hospitality, corporate reception, or premium airline experience.
  • Exceptional customer service attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
