Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage relevant mailboxes, and facilitate site tours with attention to detail.
  • Consider sustainability and cost savings in all decision-making.

  • Strong experience in hospitality or customer service with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent personal presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
