About this role

We're on the hunt for a motivated and engaging people leader who can create memorable moments for our guests and team.

This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager and team to bring to life our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love'. With our extensive network of venues, it unlocks unlimited career opportunities.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver a genuine and local guest experience
  2. Championing team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day-to-day operations
  3. Proactively activating local events and supporting the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
  4. Buidling a responsible service culture that's centered around fun, passion and authenticity

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your hospitality leadership and operational skills are essential. You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop with our company.

What we need from you:

  • You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience
  • You have contagious passion for the guest experience and for inspiring and developing your team
  • You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
