Job Title: Corporate Lawyer Specialist

About the Role:

The Senior Corporate Lawyer will assist our clients with mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with prominent startups and scale-ups. This position involves complex matters with engaged clients and mentoring a growing team of corporate lawyers.

This is an opportunity to practice corporate law differently, without the inflexibility and micromanagement of traditional law firms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in M&A transactions, passionate about providing an exceptional client experience, and genuinely interested in startups and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor a growing team of corporate lawyers.
  • Collaborate with prominent startups and scale-ups.
  • Assist SME clients with M&A deals.
Requirements:

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has Experience: At least 5-7 years PQE in a reputable legal environment specialising in M&A transactions.
  • Cares About Client Experience: Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience at every touch point; cares about delivering value to clients; a natural relationship manager.
  • Is Startup Savvy: Genuinely interested in startups and innovation.
  • Thinks Efficiently: Constantly finding better ways to deliver services to our clients.
  • Works Collaboratively: Gets a kick out of working with smart people and learning from them.
  • Adapts Quickly: Grasps new concepts quickly; goes with the flow; improves every day.
  • Takes the Initiative: Sees the best in situations; is solutions-focused; never gives up.

About You: As a Corporate Lawyer Specialist you will have excellent knowledge of corporate law, strong communication skills and a passion for working with startups and innovation.
