Job Title: Corporate Banking Specialist

As a Corporate Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with public and private companies. The team offers traditional corporate banking services along with investment banking products. You will collaborate closely with business partners and product specialists to identify opportunities and support ongoing client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with bankers to originate and generate new banking opportunities from prospective and existing clients.
  • Evaluate and assess client profiles, credit risks, and handle structuring and documentation of credit requests.
  • Work with credit underwriting teams on client and credit risk analysis, transaction structuring, and documentation.
  • Serve as a primary contact for existing clients, managing day-to-day inquiries.
  • Support the deal team in generating financing, corporate finance, treasury services, and market opportunities.
  • Review complex financial models to assist in credit decision-making, especially for new-to-bank clients.
