We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team. This role will involve providing expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio.
- This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, performance management, change management, employee relations, and talent development.
This role reports into a high-performing People team, where you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Management of end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Providing timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
- Leading and supporting HR initiatives, including policy development, employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance management.
- Diagnosing people-related challenges and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Preparing and contributing to reports, business cases, and policy development.
- Supporting HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or recruitment role, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
