  • Direct, guide, and support the housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with industry benchmarks and company policies.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common spaces, restrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety protocols and adheres to best practices.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and demonstrate professionalism in your presentation and communication.

Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
