Job Opportunity

We are seeking several experienced housekeeping supervisors to lead a dedicated team in maintaining high standards and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment.

This role offers flexible work options and on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your skills and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Part-time positions are available and may require weekend work.

About You

We are seeking candidates with strong attention to detail, professionalism in presentation and communication, and relevant leadership experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
  • Police check.
  • You must have work rights within Australia.
