Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve exceptional standards.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Available to work at least 2 shifts per week, including weekends.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
  • Warm and welcoming communication style that makes guests and team members feel right at home.
  • Eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks.
  • Enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
