Night Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all overnight operations and ensuring that residents receive an exceptional customer service experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor building security and safety by conducting regular perimeter checks and resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise while on duty.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing payments, and preparing reports.
- Effectively manage incidents during the night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Provide support to residents by acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Respond to resident calls regarding noise disturbances within the building and lockouts.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
