At Mantra Parramatta, we strive to provide exceptional accommodation and services to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel from 11pm to 7am.

The Night Manager position is responsible for providing continuous customer service throughout the evening, encompassing check-ins, checkouts, and addressing guest inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing the reception desk, overseeing night audit and reporting procedures, upholding overnight property security standards, and assisting in preparing for the daytime team's operations.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts, as well as a positive demeanour and ability to work independently. A sincere commitment to customer service, technical proficiency to execute nightly front office transaction audits, quick thinking, customer-centric trouble shooting skills, and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises during your shift
  • Deliver continuous customer service throughout the evening, encompassing check-ins, checkouts, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Manage the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures
  • Uphold overnight property security standards
  • Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts
  • A positive demeanour and ability to work independently
