Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Operations Specialist to join our Front Office Team. As a key member of our night team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and collaborating with other departments to achieve excellence.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with the Night team and other hotel departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Resolve guest complaints and challenges promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide guidance, training, and leadership to the team, driving performance and productivity.
- Contribute to the night audit function, ensuring accurate income and revenue reporting.
- Maintain control over costs, including wages, expenses, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement service standards for the night team, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate conversations with guests and team members.
- Proven experience in a similar role or environment, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
- Proficiency in Fidelio or Opera PMS, with hotSOS experience being highly desirable.
- Holding a current valid NSW RSA or ability to obtain one.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business.
- Eligibility to work in Australia, with full unlimited working rights.
