Night Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Night Operations Manager to lead the Front Office Department throughout the night. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining safety and security standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise night shifts, cross-checking work completed during the day for all outlets on shift.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track hotel operations.
- Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient service.
- Maintain responsibility for auditing and administration functions of the night team.
- Generate reports for management to provide valuable insights into daily hotel operations.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in Hotel Front Office or similar role.
- Ability to work night shifts (11pm-7:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience using Opera Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
