Residential Development Analyst

We seek an analytical professional to support our real estate investments team in Melbourne.
- Prepare feasibility studies, cash flow models and risk analyses to inform business decisions on new acquisitions and financial bids;
- Conduct research and site investigations (due diligence) and develop commercial analysis to secure approval for new acquisitions;
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies;
- Develop investment proposals for submission to the Stockland Group Board;
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
To succeed, you will need a degree in property or finance, strong analytical skills and experience in residential development, master-planned communities or investment banking. You will also require proficiency in Estate Master and Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
