Job Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze economic and regulatory conditions, identify new opportunities, and manage risk. This involves monitoring market trends, conducting financial modeling, and leading transaction due diligence.

This position requires the ability to review and contribute to the annual asset class review, ensuring strategies remain robust and effective.

A key aspect of this role is to formulate and regularly update a targeted, demand-led national acquisition strategy by managing the collation of market intelligence and strategic research.

About You

You must possess advanced financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Estate Master software is essential for success in this role.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, are crucial for this position.
