We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team at Latrobe City Council. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining an asset register of fixed plant, including aquatic infrastructure, lifts, and town clocks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement standard works and monitor schedules for cyclical and reactive maintenance activities for all items on the Fixed Plant Asset register.
- Recommend and deliver capital renewal and upgrade projects.
- Develop and oversee cyclic and general maintenance procedures and contracts.
- Manage service contracts and perform heavy manual work.
- Hold a current Victorian driver's licence and have the ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated understanding of fixed plant and aquatic infrastructure. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
