About the Role

Zenviron, a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Administrator to support the delivery of a large-scale Battery Storage Energy System (BESS) project in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project/site team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist the Project Manager, Payroll, and HSEQ teams in generating and updating internal and external reports, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage invoicing, payroll entry, and processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Procure office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Review and process subcontractor claims, ensuring fair and timely payments.
  • Enter data from various sources, including subcontractors, into the company's systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Track costs and analyze variances, providing insights for project improvement.
  • Manage documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within the construction or resources sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, to assemble and maintain project documents and quality records.
  • Experience in maintaining quality documentation, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and handle fluctuating workloads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to utilize initiative and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
