Speech Pathologist Wanted in Hobart

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink, one of Australia's leading Allied Health Companies.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with NDIS and disability needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in patients
  • Design, implement and trial low and high tech communication devices to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Manage and assess swallowing difficulties in patients
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals and GPs to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients, families and healthcare staff on speech pathology matters
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, reflecting their experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a current Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Hold a university qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Be a current Practising Member of the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
