Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage allied health programs to meet compliance and best practice guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of allied health professionals.
- Implement efficient service delivery in alignment with the organisation's mission.
- Ensure budget targets are met while optimising resource use.
- Promote community engagement and client satisfaction through active service evaluation.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational management within health or aged care.
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in achieving program KPIs and managing budgets.
- Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing team members.
