Cafe Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cafe manager to join our team. As a cafe manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff, handling customer complaints, and maintaining high business standards. You will be responsible for developing seasonal promotions, collaborating with chefs to create new menus, and monitoring customer satisfaction, food quality, and service standards.

You will work closely with the Director to set sales forecasts and monitor expenditures within budget limitations. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing daily and weekly staff rosters, adjusting staffing levels during peak seasons as needed.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Strong analytical and organizational skills are also essential, as is leadership experience.
