We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our cafe. As a Cafe Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cafe's success by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage offerings, and leading a team of passionate individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the cafe's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service by setting a positive example for the team, resolving customer inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cafe staff, including baristas, waitstaff, and kitchen personnel. Conduct training, set work schedules, and foster a cohesive and efficient team environment.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the owner to create innovative and appealing menu offerings that align with customer preferences and meet the cafe's quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with the owner to ensure the cafe operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, liquor licensing, and local food handling regulations.
  • Financial Acumen: Work with the owner to manage the cafe's finances, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Marketing Strategies: Work with the owner to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect food and beverage preparation to maintain consistent quality and taste. Address any issues promptly and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, in collaboration with the owner.
