We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front-of-House and Back-of-House Operations: Lead and direct all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Lead and motivate a team of passionate baristas and cafe staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of high-quality food and beverages, ensuring consistently excellent customer experiences and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Actively participate in the development and execution of the cafe's strategic growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cafe supervisor role.
  • Skillset: Hands-on experience in all aspects of cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, barista skills, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and key stakeholders.
