About the Role:

  • As a Concession Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and delivering exceptional customer service in our Myer stores.
  • You'll work closely with our Store Manager to achieve sales, wages, and targets, while also developing your leadership skills through 1:1 training.
  • With a passion for coaching and leading teams, you'll be responsible for building and fostering strong relationships with your store team and connecting with our diverse customer base.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills through our careers pathways and learning and development programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven retail store management experience
  • Able to achieve sales, wages, and targets
  • Passion for coaching and leading teams
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to build strong relationships with Forever New and Myer stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Exposure to performance management
  • Strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to execute effective roster management
  • Previous visual merchandising experience
  • Open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays, and weekends when required
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
  • Love for Forever New
