Concession Store Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our concession stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity growth
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other store managers and cluster managers to achieve business goals
- Embody our company values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality
- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
- Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
- Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
