Lead Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of iconic infrastructure and development projects.

As a leader within our Community Development Group, you will be a key contributor to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, quality service delivery, and strategic advocacy on project scope, timelines, and fees.
  • Oversee the successful execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide advanced technical input, manage risk, and deliver innovative, practical solutions across complex civil engineering projects.
Requirements:

To be successful for this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Ideally, 7 years of experience.
  • CPEng and RPEQ qualifications are mandatory.
  • Previous civil leadership experience working in civil projects including stormwater/roads, land development, and councils.
  • Ability to deliver and manage stakeholders in a complex environment, be accountable for client satisfaction by supporting the project team.
  • Commercial acumen in managing resources and budgets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
