We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager at a Not-for-Profit organisation dedicated to serving their local community.

This organisation offers genuine career progression and supportive management. They are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and mentor a team in a larger sized facility based in Melbourne's north eastern suburbs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Clinical care of residents, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Management of care staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Leading and mentoring a team, encouraging professional development and growth
  • Developing and evaluating facility performance, driving improvement and excellence
  • Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, policies, standards and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in aged care settings
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, aged care standards and accreditation
  • Demonstrated understanding of client, family and community needs
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a clinical Registered Nurse, with a proven track record of success

This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 AUD, depending on experience.
