Organizational Design Specialist

At Ashdown People, we're seeking an experienced Organizational Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine organizational design options that align with our operating model's principles and characteristics.
- Create and map functional accountabilities for divisions, branches, and units, integrating changes to support optimal design and functionality.
- Develop and oversee detailed organizational structure charts, reflecting accurate and strategic position and people data for both current and future states.
- Ensure a consistent and strategic approach to organizational design and role creation across all divisions and branches.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to gather insights and create effective design solutions.
- Provide oversight and ensure quality in the preparation of role descriptions and job evaluations, ensuring they align with design standards and governance.
- Proven experience in organizational design, with a strong emphasis on creating and implementing effective design solutions.
- Ability to develop and align organizational frameworks with strategic objectives and design principles.
- Excellent skills in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful design outcomes.
