Job Title: Track Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for overseeing and participating in the maintenance and renewal of track infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of rail infrastructure renewal and maintenance activities to ensure high standards of safety and reliability.
  • Support and participate in the replacement and renewal of track components, ensuring effective maintenance and operational integrity.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the maintenance and repair of road and foot crossings, drainage systems, earthworks, and associated buildings or structures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor track conditions to identify areas requiring corrective actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a current Driver's Licence, Cert 3 Rail Infrastructure, Safe Working Certificate Level 3, and High Rail operator (level 4) highly desirable.
