Maintenance Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and outsourcing services as needed.
  • Closerepairs, process invoices, and submit regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Expertise in diesel vehicles and heavy plant equipment machinery, with a deep understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance practices.
  • Trade qualification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
