Legal Secretary Job Description

Peter G Williams & Associates Solicitors is a busy law practice operating in the commercial business district. Since its inception, PGW Solicitors has provided quality legal services in diverse areas including conveyancing, wills and estates, commercial leases, family law, civil litigation and notarial services.

The role requires supporting the day-to-day running of the firm:

  • Dictation typing
  • Preparation of court documents correspondence and legal documents (including Wills Enduring Powers of Attorney Leases)

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support senior lawyers with administrative tasks
  2. Prepare complex documents for court submissions
  3. Manage filing systems and maintain confidentiality
  4. Develop skills in multiple software applications

As a Senior Legal Secretary, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our lawyers and contribute to the success of our team.
