Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Response Expert to join our National Response Centre business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional critical services to customers across various industries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience with multiple computer systems, clear and effective communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You'll also thrive in a response centre environment where you'll adjust and pivot from task to task, call to call, to deliver quality responses meeting rigid response timeframes and regulatory obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Capture accurate and timely information during calls, entering all details into relevant systems.
  • Process updates and further information regarding event status.
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to inbound safety and welfare monitoring service calls, emergency, non-emergency, and fault calls.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Dispatch service orders within regulatory and contractual timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A self-motivated, flexible, proactive problem solver who can work under instruction.
  • Maturity and discipline to deliver consistent quality results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High competency working with computers across multiple CRM applications.
  • Ability to adjust to a constantly changing environment.
