About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Investigations team in a unique career opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
  • To prepare and write formal reports and documents for clients;
  • To review investigator field notes and conduct thorough enquiries;
  • To liaise daily with clients and investigators, providing exceptional customer service;
  • To undertake ongoing investigations administration and support.
About You
  • You will possess proven administration experience (1-2 years) and an interest in investigations or law enforcement.
  • You must have excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling, and report preparation abilities.
  • A strong background in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential.
  • You will need to demonstrate time management and organisational skills, as well as a confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy is crucial in this role.
