Job Title

Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

As a clinical research associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of clinical trials from initiation to close-out. Your primary duties will include site selection and monitoring, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and other applicable regulations.

You will also be responsible for providing training to site staff on GCP and study protocols. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of essential documents and ensure timely collection of trial data.

Your role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medical, pharmacology, or biology, and at least one year of experience working in clinical trials. Knowledge of GCP and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major.
  • At least 1 year of CRA experience.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operation processes/procedures.
  • Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
