Heart Health Research Lead

The organization aims to reduce the impact of heart disease on Australians. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in improving heart health across South Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Supporting Committees: Provide operational and strategic support to committees focused on cardiovascular research and development.
- Grant Administration: Develop and administer grants for research funding through transparent processes.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of key events promoting heart health awareness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, institutions, local health networks, and government agencies.
- Collaboration Development: Identify opportunities for collaboration across clinical, research, industry, and government sectors.
- Member Onboarding: Coordinate the induction of new members and maintain the integrity of the researcher database.
- Digital Communications: Support digital efforts to raise the profile of heart health initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience in health and medical research or a related field. You will also possess expertise in grant administration, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. If you are passionate about making a difference in heart health, we encourage you to apply.
